The HighPrep™ Viral DNA/RNA kit is designed for rapid and reliable isolation of total viral nucleic acids from whole blood, serum, plasma, saliva and other body fluids. High-quality DNA is suitable for direct use in most downstream applications such as nucleic acid amplification, cloning, sequencing, and enzymatic reactions. The kit can be used in low throughput manual workflows as well as adapted to major liquid handling workstation in the market.

- Prepare lysis mastermix using VDR Lysis Buffer, Carrier RNA and Isopropanol
- Add plasma to the mix
- Add MAG-S1 particles and Pro K Solution
- Add HSW Buffer
- Wash 2 times with 70% ethanol
- Elution done using nuclease free water
- Store NA at -20°C
